Architectural & Engineering Design
We can provide basic or detailed design development based on your requirements and needs. Drawings are signed and sealed by our professionals if required.
Permits & Construction
Full contract. We can process building
permit and help with the loan
requirements. We will supervise the construction from start to finish, make sure to execute the approved design with expected level of quality and stick within the budget. Billing is per accomplishment of works on site.
Project Management
We will visit the job site periodically to answer questions and deal with issues on site. We will make sure the work is being performed in accordance with the approved plans. Billing is monthly basis.
Consultation
We will set an apointment with the client for any related inquiries, questions and professional help.
3D Model & Render
We will provide 3D model, walk-through and rendered photos for any visual presentations and output.
